We are managed by a small corporate staff which seeks out opportunistic acquisitions and investments, delegates management responsibilities of our subsidiaries to experienced and successful management teams, and provides strategic, transactional, corporate governance, and risk management guidance to our insurance company subsidiaries, while monitoring overall financial and operational performance.  We encourage our subsidiaries, which operate on a quasi-independent basis, to maintain entrepreneurial cultures and reward long term, profitable growth through our management team’s aligned ownership and other equity-based long term incentive programs.
